In analysing the gross development value of the site Salte proposed a design involved the conversion of the existing office building through permitted development, but with an intensification of the site by an addition of a multi storey roof extension.
Salte further engaged with Ealing council to make pre-application enquiries in order to maximise the scheme and mitigate planning risk for the client.
