Max began his property career with Knight Frank, qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 2006 and specialised as an investment agent in their National Investment team.
In 2009 Max identified an opportunity to start his own property investment business in West London. This business has grown organically and to date has created residential units worth in excess of £6.5m.
After graduating at CASS, Will started at Land Securities Trillium, within the acquisitions and development team. After qualifying in 2006 Will moved on to specialise in Asset Management and was responsible of the Scottish portfolio of circa. 200 assets both freehold and leasehold.
Will moved to Derwent London where he admired the company’s design led refurbishments before co-founding Salte.
Francis had an early appreciation of buildings and construction working for his father on building sites.
Francis studied architecture at The Bartlett UCL and Edinburgh University where he received a Master in Architecture with distinction. After working for Bere Associates and MRJ Rundell, Francis went on to found Francis Philips Architects which specialises in contemporary architecture.
